JOB DESCRIPTION:
Teaching college-level courses in field of Interpreting in American Sign Language and Deafness related courses
Develop syllabi and course materials.
Evaluate student mastery of skills and competencies required by course outcomes.
Provide an excellent teaching experience as well as student advisement, recruitment activities and program/curriculum development.
Courses taught at multiple campuses in Clark County.
Day, evening, and weekend courses may be available.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
AA Degree or experience equivalence (to be determined by amount and type of experience).
Documented and demonstrated American Sign Language competencies at an advanced level.
Documented and demonstrated interpreting skills and experience.
