Nevada Healthcare Growth

The Health and Resources Service Administration projects more than 703,000 new RN jobs will be created in 2014, representing two-fifths of all new jobs in the healthcare industry. Job growth in the nursing field is already having an impact in Nevada, where increased population and the demand for expanded healthcare makes nursing the most in-demand profession in the healthcare industry, and in the overall job market in total.

Healthcare growth in Nevada is prompting providers to build hospitals, surgical centers and medical facilities and technical complexes rapidly to keep pace with the state’s explosive growth. There facilities under construction or expansion continually.
