This position is with the Administrative Office of the Courts, Information Technology Division and will support the Foreclosure Mediation Program application development efforts. Under general direction, the successful candidate analyzes, develops (designs, programs, and constructs), tests, implements, maintains, and modifies various platforms of information systems. Incumbents must have the ability to program in a general purpose programming language, develop written requirements for proposed applications, develop a quality assurance program, write and execute test scripts, and possess knowledge of the necessary interfaces to the computer operating system. This is a journey-level position and the incumbent is required to be fully competent to independently perform assigned duties. Incumbent will work on other major projects as part of a team and may be solely responsible for smaller projects. This position is located in Carson City, Nevada.&#x0D;

The stated salary range represents entry level to maximum compensation. Salary offers are based on a wide array of factors such as a candidate’s experience, skills, education, as well as budget availability. Once hired, salary growth within the job classification will be based on performance.&#x0D;

Minimum of seven years recent scientific experience in radiation therapy working in a cancer hospital and/or teaching institution is required. Qualified individuals must be able to perform procedures in IMRT, 3D Planning, Brachtherapy, Seed Implants, and Sterotactic Radiosurgery. Performance of clinical research as evidenced by recent publications in the field of specialization is required. Requires clinical and administrative experience, in-depth understanding of current radiation oncology evidence-based practice, investigative clinical studies and potential future trends. In-depth knowledge of radiation oncology and medical aspects of quality assurance and broad knowledge of cancer control required. Qualified candidates must have excellent analytical, presentation and communication skills with the ability to take initiative and make appropriate decisions. The ability to write and edit scientific and technical reports, deal effectively with staff, leadership, subject experts and national counterparts, and the ability to deal with conflicts and to work as a member of a team to achieve collaborative organizational goals is required.&#x0D;
