The incumbent will troubleshoot and resolve LAN related problems. The incumbent will be expected to provide advanced classroom and audiovisual support. This will include technical support for telemedicine, distance education and videoconferencing statewide. The position will train and provide technical assistance to faculty, staff and students in the proper use of audio visual and video equipments.
